Yes, it’s that time of year again:  the time when I throw caution–and not-an-insignificant-number of gallstones–to the wind and sample each of the 4 finalists in the Lay’s Potato Chips DoUsAFlavor contest.

Here are the finalists:

I’m most curious to try Gyro and Reuben, and I have the highest hopes for Truffle Fries.  Pretty sure the Biscuits and Gravy is going to be as bad as the Chicken and Waffles flavor from a couple years ago.

As soon as I track these flavors down at my local store, I will post a review for each one. Stay tuned!
