Today marks six years since Randy Pausch took the stage at Carnegie Mellon University and delivered “The Last Lecture.”  He was an extraordinary man and served as an inspiration to millions of people, including me. I have a copy of the lecture in book form, but there’s no substitute for seeing Pausch deliver the lecture himself:

Watched the GOP debate on MSNBC. Am I the only sap who cried when they showed Reagan’s funeral? I don’t care what your political leanings are: watching Nancy Reagan press her cheek to Ronnie’s coffin was heart wrenching. Makes me want to wrap my husband in bubble-wrap for the forseeable future.

There was an earthquake at around 2pm today in Virginia, a 5.8 on the Richter scale. It was felt as far away as Massachusetts.
